| Germ-O-Kill Replacement 36W Lamp
The Germokill UVC lamp should be changed on an annual basis. This is because the germ killing properties of the lamp reduces to 85% of normal after one year full time use.
Germokill uses UV-C radiation to sterilise the air passing through the machine. Air drawn into the unit passes around the UV lamp in a specially designed baffle chamber. This chamber is designed to cause a dwell time to increase the time the air passing through is subject to sterilisation of the air.
Germ-O-Kill eradicates airborne bacteria and viruses and as well as reducing the prospect of a spread of infection.
The unit does not generate ozone or other contiminants - which means that people are safe in the same room with the Germ-o-kill
